MEGA SEALING KIT
Mega Kit is designed for leak containment in the petroleum, chemical and LNG (liquid natural gas) industries. Deploy Mega Kit at chemical processing plants, oil refineries, LNG plant trains, regasification terminals, exploration and drilling platforms, ocean transport vessels, railways and pipeline transport facilities.
Use pipe plugs to plug pipes or holes internally. Plugs fit round pipes up to 12 inches ID. Simply insert into the pipe and inflate. Larger than 12” sizes are available upon request.
Use inflatable sealing bags to wrap around tanks and pipes to seal leaks from the outside. Makes a quick temporary fix until time allows for repairs. Don’t shut down a whole process because of one leak. Install a sealing bag and fix the leak later. Use sealing plates as added protection against more reactive substances.
Completely self-contained kit requires no external energy or equipment support. Lightweight, non-corrosive design is especially ideal for a saltwater environment. The rotation molded case will never rot or rust. Sealed waterproof case will float indefinitely in any position. Air pressure purge valve will allow safe air transport as the case self-equalizes its own internal air pressure.
Weight: 270 lbs. (when full). Smaller and lighter than a metal equipment job-box. One person can easily roll it around on its own wheels.
