HIGH LIFT, MEDIUM PRESSURE LIFTING BAGS

Use bags in pairs, side by side, to double weight capacity and increase stability. Control pressure independently from one air source with Sava double-fitting inflation controller. High-lift bags have a soft footprint which makes them ideal for lifting softer structures when the lifting force can be spread out over a wider area to minimize additional collateral damage.

GRIP TOP BAGS

Same as above but with special Grip Top rubber pad.
Nylon webbing reinforced rubber Grip Top pad is bonded to the top and bottom of the bag. Grip Top pad offers heavy duty protection from slipping, puncture, abrasion and premature wear. Top and bottom Grip Top pads have a micro cohesive Gecko-like footprint that sticks like glue to smooth or wet surfaces such as rock, glass and metal.

24" x 24"x1/8" tough woven silica felt welding mat can continuously withstand temperatures up to 1800°F (982°C).

LOAD PLATES

556309 Load Plate
16" x 16" x 5/8" Rigid rubber coated 1/4" aluminum plate spreads out concentrated loads so lifting bags stay flat (10 Lbs.).

556310 Load Plate
20 " x 20" x 5/8" Rigid rubber coated 1/4" aluminum plate spreads out concentrated loads so lifting bags stay flat (20 Lbs.).

556311 Load Plate
26 " x 26" x 5/8" Rigid rubber coated 1/4" aluminum plate spreads out concentrated loads so lifting bags stay flat (27 Lbs.).

Load plates can be used on uneven ground or when the load is smaller than the bag. Keeps the bag flat preventing lift height loss due to concentrated load depression. Works well when lifting heavy framing members, pipe sections, anything cylendrical or narrow.

INFLATION ACCESSORIES

Sava inflation accessories have been designed for precision control, high reliability and long life. Use only Sava controllers for maximum safety and performance.

Industrial quality, sold rubber composite hoses and brass couplers work exceptionally well in all temperatures and weather conditions from the arctic, to the desert, to the tropics.

All Sava controllers come with built-in pressure relief valves.

CONTROLLER

504061 DOUBLE FITTING CONTROLLER (15 PSI)
Dual fitting controller for 3/4" low pressure distribution hose (output).
Use 3/8" yellow high pressure inflation hose for supply (input).

DISTRIBUTION HOSE

3/4" distribution hoses with locking ring.

Sava proprietary claw coupler is not interchangeable with Chicago style claw couplers.

SUPPLY INFLATION HOSE

3/8”ID *Nytrile all-weather inflation hoses.
*Black hose is Neoprene and approved for use in mines (MSHA approved).
Choice of Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, or Red.
Select colors according to standard controller color coding.
Rubber hoses remain flexible from -40°F to +212°F (-40°C to 100°C).
Nytrile rubber is naturally resistant to oil & fuel.
All hoses come with proprietary safety couplers which are compatible with Sava air bags, controllers and associated accessories.
Use adapters to convert air compressor, truck air, or other air source to Sava safety couplers.
Burst pressure, 1,000 PSI.

COMPRESSOR ADAPTERS

Sava lifting bag accessories are designed primarily to connect to Sava high pressure cylinder regulators. For industrial use an additional adapter may be needed to be able to plug Sava air hose safety couplers to your system.
